JK Drive collects location data to enable pickup point selection, driver matching, and turn-by-turn navigation during active trips even when the app is running in the background for drivers. Location tracking can be managed through your mobile device permissions at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Limited data is shared strictly for service operation:

• Between Passengers and Drivers: Pickup location, driver vehicle details, name, and rating are shared between matching parties during an active trip.
